Production

ADR Machine Operator

The ADR Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the sorting and defect removal equipment. Additionally, the ADR Machine Operator performs preventative maintenance, diagnostic checks, and routine adjustments on line equipment.

Batter Operator

The Batter Operator operates and maintains all equipment related to the application, removal, and recovery of batter. The Batter Operator also ensures ingredients and formulations outlined in the product specifications are followed correctly.

Control Room Operator

The Control Room Operator monitors PLC (RS View) to ensure areas are responding as specified for all productions lines. Additionally, the Control Room Operator records period information and maintains the Production Log, which enables supervisors and managers to make more informed decisions.

Cutting Champion

The Cutting Champion is responsible for managing all operations related to blade sharpening.

Dock Attendant

The Dock Attendant is responsible for unloading potatoes from trucks and dispersing the raw potatoes to the predetermined holding bins.

Forklift Operator – Inventory Control / Receiving

The Forklift Operator – Inventory Control/Receiving is responsible for ensuring that truck loads of supplies that come into the warehouse are accurate and transferred from the delivery trucks to the appropriate storage areas. This requires accurate entries into the computerized inventory tracking system.

Forklift Operator – Packaging

The Forklift Operator – Packaging is responsible for ensuring efficient movement of Production’s cribs of bulk product, pallets, and supplies within the factory.

General Cleanup

General Cleanup employees are responsible for ensuring that the factory equipment and work areas are continuously clean and sanitary, which requires knowledge and skill with cleaning agents, cleaning equipment, and cleaning tools.

Ingredient Mixer Attendant – Tater Tots

The Ingredient Attendant (Tater Tots) is responsible for ensuring that the proper blend of ingredients are combined with quality product by weighing and blending ingredients in prescribed proportions and mixing the blend into the line flow.

Ingredient Mixing Attendant – Batter Line

The Ingredient Mixer Attendant (Batter Line) is responsible for ensuring the proper mix of ingredients are combined to formulate a consistent batter for application to the potato products.

IQF Cutter Operator

The IQF Cutter Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining specialty IQF (hash browns) cutting equipment in a manner that ensures quality potato products are produced for final packaging.

IQF Processing Operator

The IQF Processing Operator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the IQF (hash brown) processing systems. Additionally, the IQF Processing Operator is responsible for monitoring and controlling product line flow to the specialty lines.

IQF Systems Operator – Packaging

The IQF Systems Operator is responsible for ensuring that quality hash browns products are packaged efficiently, while meeting quality specifications for those products.

Materials Inventory Champion

The Materials Inventory Champion oversees Dry Storage Warehouse personnel to ensure personnel are carrying out all responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and procedures while adhering to any applicable laws.

Materials Management Lead Person

The Materials Management Lead Person oversees Dry Storage Warehouse employees, while carrying out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures while adhering to any applicable laws.

Oil Utility Operator

The Oil Utility Operator is responsible for ensuring that they fryer operators are furnished with the needed amount and type of oil required to produce the scheduled products, which requires the Oil Utility Operator monitor and transfer oil as required.

Optical Equipment Lead

The Optical Equipment Lead is responsible for performing daily assessment of machine operations, periodic machine performance testing and adjustment, planning and scheduling routine machine maintenance and responding to machine problems.

Packaging Lead

The Packaging Lead coordinates employees in the packaging department while carrying out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Shaker Room Attendant

The Shaker Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that only quality potato products are allowed to proceed to final packaging through monitoring and analysis of the quality attributes of product exiting the freeze tunnels.

Packaging Line Operator

The Packaging Line Operator is responsible for ensuring that quality products are packaged efficiently while meeting quality specifications for the packaging of products. Packaging Line Operators are also responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting packaging line and case sealing equipment.

Palletizer Operator

The Palletizer Operator is responsible for ensuring that the finished products are properly palletized and stacked by operating the palletizing conveyor equipment, inventory coding equipment, stretch wrap equipment, and forklift.

Peeler Operator

The Peeler Operator is responsible for dispersing a consistent supply of quality potatoes by operating the blending systems, weigh systems, pre-treating systems, and peeling systems.

Prime Cutter Operator

The Prime Cutter Operator is responsible for maintaining and operating potato cutting machines in order to meet the proper quality expectations for each product.

Prime Fryer Operator

The Prime Fryer Operator is responsible for ensuring the quality specifications for fried products are met by operating and maintaining the fryer system and associated line equipment.

Prime Packaging Champion

The Prime Packaging Champion coordinates employees in the packaging department while carrying out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. The Prime Packaging Champion must be able to operate equipment on the Prime Packaging Lines and coordinating operation of all Prime Packaging Lines.

Production Support Assistant

The Production Support Assistant coordinates employees in the packaging department while carrying out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Additionally, the Production Support Assistant is responsible for various activities in both processing and packaging, including monitoring, assisting, training, scheduling, and coordinating specified employees.

Production Utility Operator

The Production Utility Operator is responsible for performing all equipment operator functions in the absence of regular operators. Production Utility Operators may be called upon to act as a Fryer Operator, Peeler Operator, Cutter Operator, Dock Attendant, ADR Machine Operator, Packaging Line Operator, IQF Systems Operator, Shaker Room Attendant, Forklift Operator, Palletizer Operator, and more.

Shift Training Coordinator

The Shift Training Coordinator is responsible to facilitate training on his/her home shift, which includes creating and updating training manuals for each position, development, maintenance and training of SOP’s, JSA’s, One Point Lessons, and tracking training.

Sorter Inspector

The Sorter Inspector is responsible for trimming, inspecting, and sorting line flow while removing major defects and/or foreign material from potatoes or potato products to ensure size, color, and shape fall within quality parameters. The Sorter Inspector is an entry-level position at McCain Foods.

SSHB Blancher Attendant

The SSHB (Southern Style Hash Brown) Blancher Attendant is responsible for maintaining proper cut sizes, blancher speed, and temperature. Additionally, the SSHB Blancher Attendant is responsible for maintaining and sanitizing the SSHB line equipment and freezer belt.

Tater Tot Fryer Operator

The Tater Tot Fryer Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the Tater Tot processing and frying systems, which requires monitoring and ensuring product is meeting quality specifications.

SAP Specialist

The SAP Specialist manages, tracks, and scans documents in the Production Department to reconcile materials issued to the process work orders while carrying out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Senior Production Manager

The Senior Production Manager is responsible for the production, quality, sanitation, safety and production planning operations of the Burley Plant, manage within the approved operating budgets and quality / sanitation guidelines required of the facility. Additionally, the Senior Production Manager is required to provide positive and proactive leadership to all cost, quality, sanitation, and safety improvement efforts.

Production Manager

The Production Manager ensures established standards for safety, quality, and costs of production are maintained and results are delivered against specific improvement goals by effectively planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the operations of the plant. Additionally, the Production Manager develops and manages processes and systems to meet current and future business needs.

Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for effective utilization and management of employees and raw materials throughout processing and packing in order to produce quality finished products.

Shift Manager

The Shift Manager organizes, schedules, monitors, and audits production line activities to ensure conformance to established requirements regarding cost, quality, productivity, safety, sanitation, and employee competence. Additionally, the Shift Manager ensures uniform application and interpretation of established SOPs, specifications, shift-to-shift congruency, and coordination of employee training.

Production Manufacturing Trainee

The Production Manufacturing Trainee (PMT) program is aimed at providing high potential, talented graduates a strong foundation for understanding McCain’s business to develop into future leaders for McCain. PMT’s will be paired closely with senior experienced subject matter experts within McCain operations and plant teams to learn all aspects of the manufacturing process.

Process Operator

The Process Operator is responsible for performing all equipment, analytical, and general operator functions within the following process areas: peeling, cutting, defect removal and sorting, frying, and batter operations. When specific operator functions are not assigned, incumbent is responsible for ensuring all assigned factory equipment and work areas are continuously clean and sanitary.

Operations Maintenance Manager

The basic purpose of the Operations Maintenance Manager position is to supervise operations and maintenance staff to ensure effective utilization and management of finished product and safe execution of high quality maintenance preventive and repair work.

Packaging Operator

The Packaging Operator is responsible for all equipment and general operator functions within the packaging area of Plant Three, including packaging line operation and shaker room operation. When specific operator functions are not assigned, the Packaging Operator is responsible for ensuring all assigned factory equipment and work areas are continuously clean and sanitary.

Quality

Main Lab System Control

The Main Lab System Control person is responsible for overseeing the needs of the Main Lab, including maintaining inventories and collecting and recording quality specification data. Additional duties revolve around tracking, analyzing, and filing Quality Assurance Department data.

Quality Assurance Grader

Quality Assurance Graders are responsible for inspecting product, testing product, and supplying the test result data to appropriate personnel.

Quality Assurance Lead Person

The Quality Assurance Lead Person is responsible for supervising and assisting Quality Assurance Graders with their testing and recording of quality specification data.

Quality Assurance Systems Analyst

The Quality Assurance Systems Analyst is responsible for factory statistical process control testing, training, techniques (procedure) improvement, and implementation. Additionally, the Quality Assurance System Analyst will need to implement and track all process equipment testing and studies.

Quality Audit Coordinator

The Quality Audit Coordinator interfaces with customers and corporate contacts, supports third party audits, audits Quality systems and documentation, and helps to implement continuous improvement processes and programs.

Line Studies

The Line Studies Technician is responsible for conducting processing line studies and auditing equipment on a regular basis or as the need arises. The Line Studies Technician is responsible for all line studies requirements, processing/quality control equipment audits, and some SPC maintenance functions.

Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager ensures accurate implementation of and adherence to Quality Assurance policies, specifications, and programs in the manufacturing operation. Additionally, the Quality Assurance Manager Assists in the effective management of the plant’s sanitation program, HACCP, HARPC, recall program, external audits, and food safety compliance.

Senior Microbiologist

The Senior Microbiologists performs and directs activity and tests on a variety of foods and ingredients, including finished product, in-process, raw material, and environmental samples. Supervise and oversee the plant finished product testing and environmental testing programs in accordance with global company requirements.

Sanitation

Sanitation Laborer

Under limited supervision, the Sanitation Laborer performs any variety of cleaning and sanitation work in all areas of the plant following established sanitation standards, procedures, and practices. The sanitation laborer uses a variety of equipment, such as high pressure hoses and cleaning chemicals to accomplish their cleaning and sanitation tasks.

Sanitation Lead

As a working Lead, the Sanitation Lead provides leadership and training to sanitation personnel on a daily basis while assisting with sanitation duties. Additionally, the Sanitation Lead is responsible for the Sanitation Department’s inventory control program and for ordering sanitation supplies and chemicals.

Sanitation Supervisor

The function of the Sanitation Supervisor is to provide production, warehouse, maintenance, and purchasing departments with support and direction with cleaning procedures and techniques, use of sanitation related equipment, cost reduction, pest control, employee training, and product safety. Directly supervising Sanitation Department employees and indirectly supervises production cleanup crews and outside custodial contractors to ensure facilities are maintained.

Maintenance

Building Maintenance Mechanic

The Building Maintenance Mechanic provides a valuable function by supporting the facility’s building maintenance and carpentry functions. Then Building Maintenance Mechanic conducts routine inspections of all facility buildings inside and outside, performs facility repairs, installation, and routine maintenance. Additionally, the Building Maintenance Mechanic assists in performing duties of Yards and Grounds Maintenance when needed.

General Maintenance Mechanic

The General Maintenance Mechanics at McCain Foods are responsible for ensuring that plant equipment is continually maintained, repaired, and modified as necessary. Additionally, the General Maintenance Mechanics are called upon to designing and fabricating equipment from time to time.

Maintenance Mechanic Lead

The Maintenance Mechanic Leads are responsible for the safe execution of maintenance work in support of the production lines by performing mechanical duties on industrial equipment. Maintenance Mechanic Leads are responsible for maximizing the utilization of all maintenance resources, including people, time, and materials.

Vehicle Maintenance Mechanic

The Vehicle Maintenance Mechanic performs maintenance and repairs to vehicles and equipment that supports the facility.

Yards and Grounds Maintenance

Yards and Grounds Maintenance Mechanic provides a valuable function by supporting the facility through the performance of grounds and equipment maintenance. The Yards and Grounds Maintenance Mechanic conducts routine inspections of facility grounds and boundaries; maintains grounds, fencing, turf areas, and landscaping; perform mowing, trimming, edging, aeration, and fertilization; weed and brush control; leaf and trash removal; flower bed and landscaping services; tree and shrub pruning; snow and ice removal; and other services as required to complete roads and grounds maintenance ensuring safety on premises and retaining an esthetic, pleasing appearance.

Receiving Clerk

Responsible for the receiving, organization, staging, storage, and issuing out of all stockroom parts and supplies.

Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

Provide maintenance planning and scheduling in the way of reviewing, researching, prioritizing, editing, and planning of non-emergency maintenance job tasks within CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisors are responsible to ensure the safe execution of all maintenance and mechanical repairs for the Production Department. The Maintenance Supervisors oversee all facets of maintenance to ensure maximum operational potential is realized for the entire factory operation, with a minimum of expense and downtime.

Reliability Engineer

The Reliability Engineer is responsible for overall leadership of project engineers and contractors in determining and carrying out the best maintenance practices for equipment reliability and total cost of ownership. The Reliability Engineer works independently or as team member to assess, design, train, and implement preventive maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and reliability continuous improvement programs.

Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager ensures all equipment is operational, mechanically and electrically, through means of an effective preventative/predictive maintenance program. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager ensures all maintenance and repair work is properly performed in a timely and cost effective manner.

Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager plans, organizes, directs, controls, and ensures all maintenance (including preventative, electrical, field, mechanical, craft, and contract) in order to maximize the operational potential of the Burley facility. Additionally, the Engineering Manager has overall responsibility for capital planning and project management.

CMMS Administrator

The CMMS Administrator is responsible for managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), which includes maintaining the equipment hierarchy, the MRO resources, and trade resources (availability and work centers). Additionally, the CMMS Administrator is responsible for the training in the use of CMMS for all CMMS users – maintenance staff, stockroom staff, receiving, purchasing, and key operational staff.

Stockroom Supervisor

The Stockroom Supervisor is responsible for a Stockroom with over $3 million inventory and includes supervising the Stockroom Clerks and Receiving Clerk. The Stockroom Supervisor is accountable for ensuring economics in purchasing materials and timely deliveries. Additionally, the Stockroom Supervisor must maintain good working relationships with all employees and vendors.

Stockroom Clerk

The Stockroom Clerks ensure that maintenance, production, and all support departments receive the necessary parts and supplies in good quality, correct amounts, and at the appropriate time. Additionally, the Stockroom Clerks are responsible for maintaining the Stockroom in a safe and clean manner.

HVAC Technician

The HVAC Technician participates in the maintenance function of supporting the facility by performing mechanical duties on industrial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. Additionally, the HVAC Technician ensures the facility complies with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies (EPA, OSHA, etc.), conduct routine inspections, and perform maintenance or repairs on equipment and HVAC systems.

Electrician

The Electricians at McCain Foods Burley are responsible for working with the electronic technicians on electrical and electronic systems. The Electricians will work with and assist others with the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment.

Electronic Programmer

The Electronic Programmers will work with other Electronic Technicians on electrical and electronic systems. The Electronic Technician Lead will lead and/or instruct others with the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic components of industrial machinery and equipment.

Electronic Technician

The Electronic Technicians will work with and assist others with the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment. The long-term goal is to provide exposure to total department activities that include the use of electrical motors, control systems, and instruments.

Instrument and Scale Technician

The Instrument and Scale Technician is an introductory level position within the Electronics Department working with other Electronic Technicians on electrical and electronic systems. The Instrument and Scale Technician will work with and assist others with the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic components of weighing machinery, calibration or verification of control devices, and other devices as required.

Electronics Supervisor

The Electronics Supervisor designs and effects maintenance through the installation of plant electronic instruments, process control – hardware and software, which will provide equipment users with efficient, safe and reliable tools to help them accomplish their objective in a timely, economical, and accurate manner.

Boiler and Refrigeration Utility

The B&R Utility is responsible for performing all B&R Operator functions and duties in the absence of regular B&R Operator. Additionally, the B&R Utility will be responsible for the fire system and maintenance activities for the B&R Department. When operator functions are not required, the B&R Utility is responsible for maintenance functions within the B&R department, including installation, repair, troubleshooting, daily PM’s, and repair procedures.

Boiler and Refrigeration Operator

The Boiler and Refrigeration Operator responsibilities include operation, repair, and basic troubleshooting of Boiler Room and Refrigeration Systems, performing daily PM and repair procedures of boilers and refrigeration equipment, and assisting with installation of equipment as needed.

Boiler and Refrigeration Lead

The Boiler and Refrigeration Lead is responsible for ensuring boiler and refrigeration systems are in working order by operating, maintaining, and modifying the systems as necessary. Responsible for occasionally installing new systems.

Boiler and Refrigeration Supervisor

The Boiler and Refrigeration Supervisor will efficiently direct and control the operation of all boiler and refrigeration equipment at their most effective level. Additionally, the B&R Supervisor will oversee (plan, direct, and control) all activities related to steam generation or freezing of product.

PSM Coordinator

The Process Safety Management (PSM) Coordinator is accountable for maintaining the PSM Program for the McCain Foods Burley Plant. The PSM Program will adhere to the requirements of federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Additionally, the PSM Coordinator will coordinate the training for the Boiler and Refrigeration (B&R) Department. The PSM Coordinator will also provide training to plant employees and/or contractors, as required.

Optical Equipment Lead

The Optical Equipment Lead is responsible for performing daily assessment of machine operations, periodic machine performance testing and adjustment, planning and scheduling routine machine maintenance and responding to machine problems.

Environmental

Environmental Control Operator

The Environmental Control Operator is responsible for ensuring that all environmental department equipment is operated and maintained as required. Additionally, the Environmental Control Operator is responsible for ensuring that all environmental processes are operating at the required performance level.

Environmental Lead

The Environmental Lead work cooperatively with the Environment Supervisor to enure the efficient and proper operation of the Environmental Department equipment and the management of the Environmental Department Personnel. The Environmental Lead will need to be proficient with water distribution systems and understand and ensure compliance with the State of Idaho’s rules and regulations.

Waste Water Treatment Plant Lab Technician

The Waste Water Treatment Plant Lab Technician is responsible for taking waste water samples on a daily basis, and the NPDES required analysis of wastewater on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Additionally, the Waste Water Treatment Plant Lab Technician is responsible for the maintenance and calibration of the lab equipment.

Environmental Supervisor

The Environmental Supervisor is responsible for efficiently directing the operation of available facilities designed to prevent environmental damage from disposal of waste from processing and associated activities. The Environmental Supervisor will also coordinate waste facilities with plant demand to ensure the control of both internal and external environmental are not affected.

Safety and Security Manager

The Safety and Security Manager develops and implements the plant’s safety & security processes and procedures to ensure a proactive approach of continuous improvement in the areas of safety & security, injury & illness prevention, safety management, plant security, crisis management, and OSHA compliance.

Safety Coordinator

The Safety Coordinator will assist the Safety & Security Manager in developing and implementing the plant’s safety & security process to ensure a proactive approach of continuous improvement in the areas of safety & security policies & procedures, injury & illness prevention, safety management, plant security, crisis management, and OSHA compliance.

Occupational Health Nurse

The Occupational Health Nurse administers Workers’ Compensation claims and directly manages the Company return-to-work programs. Additionally, the Occupational Health Nurse administers emergency medical treatment in cases of accidents or illnesses, and is generally the first point of contact for any medical issues.

Human Resource Administrator

The primary function of the Human Resource Administrator is to ensure accurate data is maintained on employee’s personnel records, complying with company policies, state and federal regulations. The Human Resource Administrator provides support for the Human Resource Manager, HR Specialist, and Receptionist. Additionally, Human Resource Administrators are regularly called upon to communicate personnel policies and procedures with employees.

Human Resource Specialist

The primary purpose of the Human Resource Specialist position is to perform an integral role in developing a culture, which empowers employees to achieve McCain Foods’ mission. The position will work closely with hourly employees and supervisory personnel to achieve accountabilities and key performance indicators in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, supervisory development, hourly compensation programs, EEO / AA compliance, litigation management, job analysis, polices and procedures, and employee involvement teams.

Plant Human Resource Business Partner

The Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for development and effective administration of McCain plant personnel policies and procedures, federal and state regulatory compliance, salary, wages and benefits, performance evaluations, talent acquisition, employee relations, employee professional development and training, affirmative action plan development and compliance, worker’s compensation, organizational planning, public relations, health and safety procedures, company security.

Maintenance Supervisors are responsible to ensure the safe execution of all maintenance and mechanical repairs for the Production Department. The Maintenance Supervisors oversee all facets of maintenance to ensure maximum operational potential is realized for the entire factory operation, with a minimum of expense and downtime.

Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager ensures all equipment is operational, mechanically and electrically, through means of an effective preventative/predictive maintenance program. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager ensures all maintenance and repair work is properly performed in a timely and cost effective manner.

Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager plans, organizes, directs, controls, and ensures all maintenance (including preventative, electrical, field, mechanical, craft, and contract) in order to maximize the operational potential of the Burley facility. Additionally, the Engineering Manager has overall responsibility for capital planning and project management.

Stockroom Supervisor

The Stockroom Supervisor is responsible for a Stockroom with over $3 million inventory and includes supervising the Stockroom Clerks and Receiving Clerk. The Stockroom Supervisor is accountable for ensuring economics in purchasing materials and timely deliveries. Additionally, the Stockroom Supervisor must maintain good working relationships with all employees and vendors.

Electronics Supervisor

The Electronics Supervisor designs and effects maintenance through the installation of plant electronic instruments, process control – hardware and software, which will provide equipment users with efficient, safe and reliable tools to help them accomplish their objective in a timely, economical, and accurate manner.

Boiler and Refrigeration Supervisor

The Boiler and Refrigeration Supervisor will efficiently direct and control the operation of all boiler and refrigeration equipment at their most effective level. Additionally, the B&R Supervisor will oversee (plan, direct, and control) all activities related to steam generation or freezing of product.

Environmental Supervisor

The Environmental Supervisor is responsible for efficiently directing the operation of available facilities designed to prevent environmental damage from disposal of waste from processing and associated activities. The Environmental Supervisor will also coordinate waste facilities with plant demand to ensure the control of both internal and external environmental are not affected.

Plant Human Resource Business Partner

The Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for development and effective administration of McCain plant personnel policies and procedures, federal and state regulatory compliance, salary, wages and benefits, performance evaluations, talent acquisition, employee relations, employee professional development and training, affirmative action plan development and compliance, worker’s compensation, organizational planning, public relations, health and safety procedures, company security.

Safety and Security Manager

The Safety and Security Manager develops and implements the plant’s safety & security processes and procedures to ensure a proactive approach of continuous improvement in the areas of safety & security, injury & illness prevention, safety management, plant security, crisis management, and OSHA compliance.

Administrative

Time Clerk

The Time Clerk is responsible to ensure accurate labor accounting for hourly payroll and to prepare a variety of reports for management review, cost report information, and archival filing.

Administrative Assistant – Engineering & Maintenance

The Administrative Assistant – Engineering & Maintenance provides administrative support to the Engineering and Maintenance Group, ensuring that work is done in a timely and accurate manner.

Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development, coordination, and delivery of operations training, working with operators to establish, document, and train all operators on safety and Standard Work. This position is responsible for meeting AIB objectives for hourly and salary training.

Scale Clerk

The Scale Clerk is responsible for accurately weighing all trucks to maintain internal control of all raw product, waste, scrap, etc. being shipped in and out of the factory and to plant cellars. Additionally, the Scale Clerk will need to use the PC&R accounting system to enter and audit each load with correct information used to generate other necessary reports.

Administrative Assistant

The primary function is to provide all administrative support functions representing the Plant Manager, visitors to the Burley plant, and other plant personnel.

SAP Specialist

The SAP Specialist manages, tracks, and scans documents in the Production Department to reconcile materials issued to the process work orders while carrying out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Receiving Clerk

Responsible for the receiving, organization, staging, storage, and issuing out of all stockroom parts and supplies.

CMMS Administrator

The CMMS Administrator is responsible for managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), which includes maintaining the equipment hierarchy, the MRO resources, and trade resources (availability and work centers). Additionally, the CMMS Administrator is responsible for the training in the use of CMMS for all CMMS users – maintenance staff, stockroom staff, receiving, purchasing, and key operational staff.

Stockroom Clerk

The Stockroom Clerks ensure that maintenance, production, and all support departments receive the necessary parts and supplies in good quality, correct amounts, and at the appropriate time. Additionally, the Stockroom Clerks are responsible for maintaining the Stockroom in a safe and clean manner.

Receptionist

The Receptionist will ensure that all incoming calls are handled in a proper and professional manner, greet and determine business of all visitors to the factory, register all guests properly, and call their contact person to meet them. Additionally, the Receptionist will provide customer service to all employees.
